Deepwater Horizon Pavilion, operated by BP sank on April 22, two days after the explosion which killed 11 workers. About six million liters of oil leaked from the explosion happened, said the United States Coast Guard, USCG.  The well spewed approximately 5000 barrels of oil per day, according to some estimates. However, officials admit it's almost impossible to calculate with certainty the amount of oil that leaked.
